Each of our Ricoh machines come with a guaranteed service contract, however, you can also contact us if don’t have a contract. With our rentals and leases, you will be covered for parts and toners, and have the option of taking advantage of our automated toner ordering service.

If you identify a fault with your machine, here’s what to do:

Step 1 - Call or email us

Call 0333 1210339 or email info@fastwaybusinesssolutions.co.uk. We aim to get back to you within one hour of receiving your message.

Step 2 - Free over the phone support

Our experienced engineers will try their best to identify the problem over the phone quickly and efficiently.

Step 3 - Onsite assessment

If we can’t fix the problem over the phone, we will arrange an on-site visit, bringing along a wide range of consumable parts to fix your machine.

Step 4 - Order parts

If you need a specialist part that we don’t have in stock at the time, we will order this for you.

Step 5 - New machine

In the unlikely event that your machine cannot be repaired, we will replace it free of charge.
